Damaged Packaging
If your order arrives with damaged packaging, you may be eligible for a replacement. To request this, you must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the packaging and product exactly as it was received
- Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition
Once we verify the damage, we’ll assess the eligibility for a replacement.
Size Responsibility
Customers are responsible for double-checking size and fit before purchasing. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues.

Drying:
- Air dry by laying flat or hanging in the shade
- Avoid direct sunlight to preserve color and fabric quality
- Do not tumble dry – it may damage delicate fabrics
Ironing:
- Use a low to medium heat setting
- Place a cloth or towel between the abaya and iron to avoid shine marks
- For delicate fabrics, use a steamer for a smooth finish
Storage:
- Hang your abaya using padded or wide hangers to maintain shape
- Store in a breathable garment bag for long-term care
- Keep away from sharp jewelry or accessories that may snag the fabric
