Shipping times
All orders are dispatched from our distribution centers in the UAE and UK. The shipments are fully tracked—from our door to yours.
Orders need 2-3 days of processing before they ship out. Please remember shipping time doesn't include these processing days.
Tracking Information
We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL to provide you with the best possible shipping experience. Our goal is to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and with the utmost care.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a track & trace number to easily follow your package. Please note, it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking link to update with shipping details. And, just a heads-up, shipping to remote areas might take a day or two longer.
If you’ve ordered multiple items, please note that they may be shipped separately. We’re committed to getting your order to you on time, every time!
Shipping and Warranties
Invalid Shipping Address: We are unable to ship domestically and/or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes.
Risk of Loss: All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by Yaa Ukthi. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Gurly delivers these items to the carrier.
Refund & Return Policy
At Yaa Ukthi, every piece is crafted with care and quality. To maintain the integrity of our products and ensure fairness to all our customers, we uphold the following policies. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason other than the one stated below. Please ensure you carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and size guides before placing your order.
Damaged Packaging
If your order arrives with damaged packaging, you may be eligible for a replacement.
To request this, you must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the packaging and product exactly as it was received
- Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition
- Once we verify the damage, we’ll assess the eligibility for a replacement.
Size Responsibility
Customers are responsible for double-checking size and fit before purchasing. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please refer to our Size Guide and reach out to us before purchasing if you need help choosing the right size.
